DJ Taba: Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to DJ Taba! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, DJtaba.com, and our services, including but not limited to DJ Services for weddings, corporate events and club events, Event Ticket purchases, Live Music, and DJ Equipment Rental (“Services”). By accessing or using our website and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, process, and store personal data while you use our website and Services.
3. User Eligibility
Our website and Services are intended for users who are at least 13 years old. By accessing or using the website or Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old.
4. Account Registration
To access certain features of our website and Services, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and current information during the account registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate and current.
5. Copyright and Trademark Policy
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, button icons, and software, is the property of DJ Taba. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content without written permission from DJ Taba. Unauthorized use of our content may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
6. Orders and Payment Terms
6.1. Event Ticket Purchases
After you make a purchase for event tickets, we will review the information you provided for validity by verifying your method of payment, billing and/or shipping address. Purchases may not be accepted from certain territories based upon your location. DJ Taba maintains the right to refuse to transact with any customer for any reason or no reason at all.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
7.1. DJ Services
By booking our DJ or live music services, you agree to make payment according to our payment terms, which will be provided in our proposal and contract. Any cancellations or changes to your booking must be made in writing within the timeframe specified in our contract.
7.2. No Refunds on Ticket Sales
All sales are final, unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled or the facility is closed due to unforeseen circumstances. If the event is canceled or rescheduled you will receive a refund for the face value of the ticket. To request a refund you must forward your original email receipt to Info@djtaba.com.Refund requests must be made within one week of the event’s originally scheduled date. Unless the event is canceled or rescheduled there are no refunds. Under no circumstances is the service charge ever refunded even if an event is cancelled or rescheduled. Under no circumstances will a replacement ticket be issued for any ticket that has been damaged, lost, stolen, or destroyed.
8. Liability Disclaimers
DJ Taba assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, or delay in the operation, transmission, or delivery of our Services or for any technical failure of any kind. DJ Taba is not responsible for any potential accidents, injuries, or damages caused during the provision of DJ or music services or when using the rented equipment.
You agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall DJ Taba be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to the use of or the inability to use our Services.
